Having recently finished Lewis’ Space Trilogy, and also randomly picking up The Silver Chair and reading a chapter from it, I was struck and reminded of just how logical and rational he makes Platonism. That, and all his writing, whether literature or philosophy, fairly exudes his Platonism. I don’t have much to say on the topic other than to mention it, but I find his work refreshing and, if one can spot the profound philosophy laying in background, stimulating. If you are reading any of Lewis and don’t see his Platonism shouting from the back stage, read him again.
